Mission

To provide professional & effective technical writing services and training development workshops that allow people in commercial businesses and government environments to accelerate learning in complex equipment and enable strategic planning and optimize operational productivity at a lower cost.

My versatile, results-oriented and professional performance record is supported by 21 years experience in organizational behavior, management, technical writing, training and staff development. I leverage my background and experiences to build effective business relationships and connect with other people. In addition to producing a professional copy, I provide 1-on-1 business consultations for strategic planning, technical writing, systems testing, spec analysis, training development workshops and virtual account management services to help businesses manage their projects and administrative tasks. I have a Master of Science in Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Social Science degrees.
